Ladner out as Canadian House & Home EIC
Cobi Ladner

[This story has been updated.]

Longtime Canadian House & Home editor-in-chief Cobi Ladner has resigned. An e-mail was sent out last week informing House & House staff of Ladner’s departure. According to owner/publisher Lynda Reeves, Ladner will remain on as a consultant.

Ladner, who has edited the magazine since 1990, does not own any shares in House & Home Media.

"It's big news for us because she's been such a big part of the magazine," Reeves said. But because there's such a big team at House & Home now, Reeves says she expects the transition to go smoothly.

The search for a new editor is on.
