Fashion magazine adds colour to anniversary celebrations
Fashion magazine is continuing its 35th anniversary offerings in fine style.

The St. Joseph Media title has teamed up with L’Oréal Paris to offer Canadians a chance to name a new, limited-edition raspberry-hued Colour Riche lipcolour. The new shade of lipcolour is numbered 35 in a series of 104 shades, to pay homage to Fashion's 35th anniversary.

Canadians can visit until April 1 to enter their colour name idea for shade 35 (the site will also collect information of entrants including address and email). A panel of judges, both from L’Oréal Paris and Fashion mag, will shortlist five names and from April 2-24 members of the public will vote on their favourite from the five remaining choices.

On April 26, the winner with the most votes will be chosen and receive the grand prize of a $500 gift basket from L’Oréal Paris plus a V.I.P. package for two to Fashion's 35th anniversary party in October, including accommodations, spa treatments, dinner and $2,000 shopping spree. All finalists will receive $250 gift packages comprised of L’Oréal Paris products.

The newly named lipcolour will be available in Canada for a limited time beginning Oct. 8.

Also for its 35-year milestone, Fashion is giving readers a chance to win an outfit from a Canadian fashion designer. In exchange for giving away the apparel, Fashion is dedicating a full page to each designer in its respective editions (nine designers will be featured in total throughout the year).
